👥 Team Overview
Our laboratory has a young, multidisciplinary, and integrated mentor team. The team members include not only mentors from our own school but also collaborative mentors from sister universities and enterprises, who possess rich experience in scientific research theory and engineering practice. Our laboratory is like a vibrant and warm big family. Under the guidance of the teachers, there are not only senior schoolmates who pass on their experience and help the younger ones, but also proactive and enterprising junior schoolmates, and they are all here.

Selected into the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents Program (NCET-05-0657) in 2005, and the Hubei Province Youth Outstanding Talent Fund (2006ABB028), as well as the Hubei Province May Fourth Youth Medal. Previously served as Dean of the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology and Director of the Hubei Key Laboratory of Broadband Wireless Communication and Sensor Networks.

Main research areas: high-performance algorithms and architectures for big data and artificial intelligence. Has published over 60 papers in international academic journals and conferences, with first-author papers covering HPCA, DAC, AAAI, IEEE TC, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TSMC-S, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TNNLS, ICDM, ICPP, etc.
Xu Shuchang

Hangzhou Normal University | Hangzhou International Service Engineering College | Software Engineering Department | Master's Supervisor Graduated from Wuhan University's Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing program in 2002, and obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang University's College of Computer Science in 2007. The same year, he remained at the university and joined the Postdoctoral Work Station of the Control Department. After leaving the station in 2009, he joined Hangzhou Normal University as a faculty member. From 2012 to 2013, he served as a visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University in the United States for academic exchange.

From 2017 to 2019, he was a visiting scholar at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the U.S., participating in CSC Ph.D. joint training.
